Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Technology or related field.
• Minimum of ten years in construction industry with five years in supervision of cost estimating staff.
• Experience estimating large and complex projects.
• Familiarity with cost estimating software such as InEight/HCSS.
• PMP or AACE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and cost analysis staff, establishing procedures and standards.
• Review basis of estimates and ensure alignment with WMATA requirements.
• Deliver cost estimating services for procurement, planning and execution.
• Promote industry standards and automate estimating processes.
• Provide training on cost estimating and price analysis.
