Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Senior Estimating Engineer in Minnesota to prepare detailed cost estimates and customer quotations for new and existing opportunities. You will leverage expertise in manufacturing processes, cost modeling, and financial analysis to support profitable quoting decisions.

You will review drawings, CAD models, and specifications, develop cost models for labor, materials, tooling, and overhead, and partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to validate

Qualifications

• 5+ years in estimating, costing, quoting, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of machining and medical device manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading complex RFQs and developing detailed cost models.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP of Technical Solutions, the Senior Estimating Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and customer quotations for new and existing business opportunities. This role leverages expertise in manufacturing processes, cost modeling, and financial analysis to support profitable quoting decisions. This is a senior-level individual contributor position with no direct reports.

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 + Bonus Eligible
