Job summary

Precera Medical, located in Big Lake, Minnesota, is seeking a Senior Estimating Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and customer quotations. This role requires strong engineering knowledge and provides an opportunity to impact quoting decisions significantly.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in estimating within a manufacturing environment, familiarity with CAD, and strong analytical skills. A comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $90,000-$115,000 are offered for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, costing, or manufacturing engineering.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex RFQs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for RFQs.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and CAD models.
• Develop cost models including labor, materials, overhead, and tooling.
• Validate routing and process assumptions with Engineering and Operations.
• Estimate cost impact of design changes and engineering revisions.
