Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Stamford, CT seeks a Master Esthetician to ensure smooth spa operations within the esthetics department. You will support and guide estheticians, oversee room readiness, and maintain service quality per Connecticut regulations and FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.

You will mentor staff, uphold sanitation, and coordinate coverage during breaks or high-volume periods, while delivering advanced facials, peels, lash/brow services, and related non-medical esthetics.

Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut Esthetician License (active and in good standing).
• Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on esthetic experience in a spa or clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of facial protocols, brow and lash services, skin analysis, and product knowledge.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Professional, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient scheduling and client transitions.
• Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, sanitized, and stocked.
• Monitor appointment timing to maintain smooth service flow.
• Support estheticians during shifts and report to Salon Manager/Director.
• Mentor estheticians to ensure consistent client care.
• Enforce sanitation protocols and state safety standards.
• Track product and supply needs and maintain back bar stock.
• Provide hands-on training and feedback to the team.
