FACE FOUNDRIÉ, Edgewater, NJ, is hiring a full-time leader in our skincare and beauty team. You will oversee esthetician operations, assist in scheduling and training, and help drive product sales and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years as an esthetician, NJ license, and 1–2 years of leadership. This on-site role includes weekend events and direct collaboration with the Store Manager to uphold FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Esthetician license required.
• 1–2 years leadership experience preferred.
• 3+ years working as an esthetician required.
• Availability Saturdays and Sundays; onsite events.
• Must be able to work onsite in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and support the Store Manager with daily scheduling and breaks.
• Assist in inventory counts, product ordering, and receiving to maintain accurate stock.
• Lead training for estheticians on protocols, product knowledge, selling, and compliance.
• Support marketing initiatives such as events and social content.
• Help the team achieve store and individual sales goals.
