• Handle probate process, prepare federal and state estate tax returns, run tax projections, and coordinate fiduciary income tax return preparation.
• Prepare fiduciary accountings, distributions to beneficiaries, tax planning, and coordination of fiduciary income tax return preparation.
• Prepare sophisticated estate planning documents and accompanying transactional materials, and communicate with clients and outside advisors to implement plans.
