Jobot, a leading trust and estates firm, seeks an Estate Planning Attorney in Towson, MD. This permanent, on-site role focuses on comprehensive counsel on trusts, estates, and planning for a diverse client base.

The ideal candidate will have a JD, bar admission, and proven experience in estate planning, charitable trusts, and probate matters, with strong negotiation and client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with admission to the state bar.
• Some experience with estate planning and trusts/estate laws.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills with client focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on trusts, estates, and estate planning.
• Draft, review, and administer trust and estate documents with compliance.
• Develop estate planning strategies aligning with client objectives.
• Counsel on charitable trusts, tax implications, and benefits.
• Represent clients in probate court proceedings as needed.
• Stay updated on changes in trust and estate law.
• Build and maintain client relationships with high-quality service.
• Collaborate with legal team to deliver comprehensive services.
