Osaic is seeking a Senior Estate Planning Strategist to lead complex trusts and estates work for high net worth clients. This role serves as a subject matter expert on estate planning strategies, trust design, wealth transfer planning, and related legislative developments.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of legal practice in trusts and estates, JD, and the ability to analyze complex documents, advise financial advisors, and educate internal teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience practicing law with a primary focus on trusts and estates.
• Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and interpreting estate planning documents.
• Strong knowledge of trust structures, wealth transfer strategies, and tax concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-attorney audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted estate planning resource for financial advisors handling high-net-worth clients.
• Review, analyze, and summarize complex estate planning documents including wills and trusts.
• Identify opportunities and gaps within client estate plans and coordinate recommendations.
• Educate financial advisors on estate planning concepts through trainings and resources.
• Monitor legislative, regulatory, and tax developments affecting estate planning.
