Osaic is seeking an experienced Senior Estate Planning Strategist for its High Net Worth Planning Services team. The role focuses on expert estate planning, trust design, and wealth transfer strategies for high-net-worth clients.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years practicing law in trusts and estates, with strong ability to translate complex concepts for financial advisors. Join a large, collaborative team delivering actionable planning insights.

Qualificações

10+ years of experience practicing law focused on trusts and estates.
Extensive drafting, reviewing, and interpreting estate planning documents.
Strong knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

Responsabilidades

Serve as a trusted estate planning resource for financial advisors serving high‑net-worth clients.
Review, analyze, and summarize complex estate planning documents and related instruments.
Identify opportunities, risks, gaps, and inconsistencies in client plans.
Collaborate with planning specialists and business partners on complex cases.
Educate advisors on concepts, strategies, and trends via trainings and webinars.
Monitor legislative, regulatory, and tax developments impacting wealth transfer.
Produce briefs and internal guidance for the advisory population.
Represent Osaic as an estate planning SME at conferences and events.
Develop planning resources and tools to enhance client outcomes.
