Responsibilities

• Prepare estate planning documents (Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, Living Wills, Last Wills and Testaments, Revocable Living Trust Declarations).
• Manage probate and trust administrations, including pleadings, court filings, and related documents.
• Coordinate asset transfers, including real estate ownership and financial accounts.
• Identify and value estate assets across real estate, personal property, investments, and government benefits.
• Maintain organized case files, calendars, and deadlines; collaborate with attorneys and paralegals; assist with time entry and billing.
