Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Medicaid eligibility and long-term care planning.
• Develop and implement Medicaid planning and asset protection strategies.
• Handle Medicaid applications, appeals, and related planning matters.
• Counsel families through crisis planning and long-term care decisions.
• Draft estate planning documents and related planning tools.
• Assist clients with trust administration and probate matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and education.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and growth opportunities.
• Assist in marketing the firm through community outreach and public speaking.
