Jobot is seeking a Senior Estate Planning Attorney to work remotely from California, advising high-net-worth clients on complex estate and gift tax planning. The role requires CA Bar admission and extensive experience with sophisticated strategies like GRATs, QTIPs, and marital trusts.

You will draft wills and a variety of trusts, manage trust and probate matters, and collaborate with wealth advisors and CPAs on integrated planning for family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs.

Formación

• CA Bar Admission is required.
• Experience with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques for high-net-worth clients.

Responsabilidades

• Advise high net worth clients on estate and gift tax planning strategies.
• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Handle trust and probate administration matters.
• Structure GRATs, QTIPs, marital trusts, and other advanced planning vehicles.
• Support business succession planning for family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs.
• Collaborate directly with wealth advisors and CPAs on integrated planning matters.
