Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and produce complex estate planning documents.
• Develop comprehensive estate plans considering tax and family dynamics.
• Work across multiple states within a multi-jurisdictional practice.
• Collaborate with elder law practice on asset protection strategies.
• Supervise paralegals and guide junior attorneys.
