Titus Talent Strategies is partnering with a well-established Estate Planning and Elder Law firm in Washington State to find a Senior Attorney for their growing team. This role offers an opportunity to mentor, shape firm strategy, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded culture.

The Senior Attorney will lead sophisticated estate planning for high-net-worth clients, advise on trust administration, probate, elder law, Medicaid planning, and wealth preservation, and foster strong client

Qualifications

7+ years practicing law.
5+ years focused on estate planning and trust administration.
Licensed in Washington State.
Strong drafting and client relationship skills.
Experience with complex estate structures and taxable estates (preferred).
Added experience in probate litigation, TEDRA matters, elder law, business law, or real estate law is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

Lead sophisticated estate planning matters for high-net-worth individuals and families.
Advise clients on trust administration, probate, elder law, Medicaid planning, and wealth preservation.
Mentor junior attorneys and support the team's development.
Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships.
Step into future partnership and ownership as part of the firm's succession planning.
