Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing is required.
• Minimum 5 years of estate planning or related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of trust and estate law, including tax aspects.
• Experience drafting and implementing estate planning documents.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple cases.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to develop strategies.
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on estate planning, trusts, and wills.
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
• Advise on wealth transfer strategies and tax implications.
• Meet with clients to gather information and explain options.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on trust and estate law changes.
