Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking an ESOP Senior Manager to lead transactions and administration for ESOP client engagements. The role focuses on forming solutions with engagement teams and clients, leveraging advanced Excel skills, and applying ESOP and ERISA tax knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have significant ESOP experience, leadership background, and the ability to interpret complex benefit plans while delivering exceptional client experiences within a large professional services

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel including macros, formulas and other functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field preferred.
• 7–8 years of experience.
• Ability to read and interpret ESOP benefit plan documents and research ERISA and tax issues.
• Held one or more prior leadership positions with oversight of multiple team members.
