Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking an ESOP Senior Manager to lead client engagements in a large professional services firm. You will collaborate with engagement teams to model ESOP feasibility, coordinate transactions, and manage records with a focus on risk and client service.

Ideal candidates have 7–8 years ESOP experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to interpret ESOP plan documents and ERISA/tax issues, with prior leadership experience overseeing multiple staff.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of ESOP experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret ESOP benefit plan documents.
• Held one or more prior leadership positions with oversight of multiple team members.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
