Job summary

Americold is seeking a skilled Environmental Sustainability Lead to drive ESG reporting, emissions tracking, and sustainability strategy across the organization. The role involves coordinating data collection, analytics, and reporting for stakeholders and leadership.

You will analyze energy and water usage, support budget planning, and ensure alignment of sustainability initiatives with business functions. Some travel (~25%) is required, and a strong background in data analysis and Excel is

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in environmental sustainability or environmental science.
Proven ability to lead ESG reporting to frameworks (GRESB, GRI, CDP, TCFD).
Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

Oversee tracking, reporting, and analysis of GHG emissions (Scope 1-3).
Lead ESG data collection for framework reporting and investor relations.
Coordinate ESG supplier reporting and verify measures against goals.
Align sustainability strategies with sites to drive carbon footprint reductions.
Publish monthly energy and water usage reports and support budgets.
