Invesco is seeking a Principal Business Analyst to join the ESGCentral Technology team. You will lead analysis for complex ESG initiatives, collaborating with ESG partners and technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

The role is hands-on, requiring expert judgment and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment. Prior experience in ESG, investments, risk, or regulatory reporting is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• 10-12+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated experience leading analysis for large-scale, data-driven technology initiatives.
• Solid understanding of data concepts, SQL, Snowflake, and reporting/analytics tools.
• Financial services or asset management experience required.
• Experience in Agile delivery models with engineering teams.
• Strong ESG/investments/risk/compliance/data platform knowledge is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery and requirements definition for ESG data/technology initiatives.
• Partner with ESG and business stakeholders to understand workflows and data needs.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineers and data teams in an Agile delivery model.
• Apply independent judgment to solve complex problems within established standards.
