Job summary

The Surefire Group Title Division is hiring an Escrow Officer to join our Houston, Texas title operations. This full-time, in-office role focuses on closing residential and commercial transactions, delivering a top-tier client experience, and growing our market presence. You should have 5+ years of escrow/title experience, be a TX Notary Public, and be comfortable with title software (Qualia a plus; GSuite/Gmail).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of escrow/title experience and full closing process knowledge.
• Licensed Escrow Officer in TX and Notary Public.
• Tech-savvy with title software; Qualia certification is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a bonus for market reach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close a pipeline of residential and commercial title transactions from open to funding.
• Interpret and execute buyer, seller, and lender instructions with precision.
• Order and review title commitments; clear title issues; prepare documents.
• Coordinate and conduct closings; handle final disbursements and recordings.
• Provide a top-tier client experience for Realtors, lenders, and partners.
• Support growth by outreach to agents and loan officers; attend events.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
