Advocus National Title Insurance Company is expanding into Texas with a premier residential title and escrow operation in Dallas. We seek experienced Escrow Officers and Escrow Leaders eager to build from the ground up, manage residential purchase transactions, and drive growth with Realtor, lender, and builder partners.

Ideal candidates bring a strong book of business, leadership potential, and a passion for customer service, with Texas-specific escrow experience and licenses.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Texas residential purchase escrow experience preferred.
• Proven ability to handle residential purchase transactions.
• Established relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, and referral partners.
• Leadership or branch management experience preferred for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential purchase transactions from opening through post-closing.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, builders, attorneys, and other partners.
• Review contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, and closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare settlement statements, Closing Disclosures, escrow instructions, and closing packages.
• Conduct closings while providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain escrow accounting, file integrity, and compliance with regulations and underwriter guidelines.
• Resolve title, funding, and closing issues efficiently and professionally.
• Meet production, quality, and customer service expectations.
