Job summary

Bechtel Corporation, a global engineering, procurement and construction leader, seeks a senior ESH onboarding lead to drive structured onboarding and governance across the M&T GBU. You will coordinate with project teams, HR, and leadership to deliver consistent onboarding for ESH personnel and to strengthen governance, workforce capability, engagement, and wellbeing.

You will apply data-driven insights from performance metrics and lessons learned to improve ESH programs across the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related discipline with 13+ years of relevant experience; or 17+ years with no degree.
• Experience supporting ESH programs in large engineering, procurement, construction, or similar complex environments.
• Experience with continuous improvement, audits, assessments, corrective actions, or lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESH onboarding and coordinate programs across projects and offices.
• Provide governance and onboarding for GBU ESH personnel and mentors.
• Develop standardized onboarding plans, checklists, schedules, and learning resources.
• Track progress, training, competency milestones, and deployment readiness.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and guidance for leadership.
• Share best ESH practices and adapt to new projects.
