Job summary

Bechtel seeks an ESH Training Specialist to foster a strong safety culture on our projects by delivering comprehensive training and development programs for a diverse workforce, ensuring regulatory instruction and best practice adoption across ESH disciplines.

You will design, implement, and continuously improve training materials, coordinate ESH learning activities, and teach a mix of instructor-led, hands-on, and field demonstrations, reporting to the Training Manager or ESH Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in an ESH discipline with 4 years teaching experience.
• Associate degree in ESH with 5+ years relevant teaching experience.
• 6+ years of relevant technical and teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging training sessions outlining safe practices and compliance.
• Design programs tailored to real-world safety challenges.
• Coordinate ESH learning and awareness activities to enhance understanding of the ESH program.
• Evaluate and improve training effectiveness to keep workforce engaged.
• Collaborate with teams to embed safety into operations.
• Develop and implement ESH orientation and standard/specialized courses.
