Job summary

Unimacts Global, LLC in Nevada is seeking a seasoned Senior Machine Technician/Line Lead to oversee ERW tube rolling equipment operations. This role involves both leadership and hands-on responsibilities to ensure seamless functioning of the equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience with roll forming equipment and will be tasked with overseeing production performance and conducting safety inspections. The position is for the 2nd Shift (3PM–2AM) with rotation possibilities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years in roll forming equipment or maintenance technician role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical journals and blueprints.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality control system and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of ERW Roll Form Equipment.
• Execute regular safety inspections on the equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures.

Skills

Hands-on experience with ERW Tube Roll Form equipment

Knowledge of electric resistance welding equipment

Proficiency in English

Team player spirit

Ability to handle multiple variables
