Job summary

FC Industries in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Senior IT Systems Developer to design, build, and support Epicor Kinetic ERP customizations, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and Power Platform workflows.

You will implement integrations across ERP, Microsoft 365, and external systems, develop custom utilities, and participate in ERP upgrades, migrations, and testing with cross-functional teams. Must reside in the Dayton area or be willing to commute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of ERP development and integration experience.
• Experience with Epicor and Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required due to DoD work.
• Residents of Dayton, Ohio area or willing to commute to Dayton facilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, integrate, and support Epicor Kinetic-based applications and BPMs.
• Develop and maintain workflows and dashboards using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Create integrations across ERP, Microsoft 365, and external systems via APIs.
• Build custom utilities and extensions to meet business needs.
• Participate in ERP upgrades, deployments, and testing across divisions.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
