Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related subject
• Five years’ experience in HRIS or a similar role
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 10 years experience
• At least one year of enterprise consulting experience
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in software development lifecycle
• Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM, FMS, HCM, or CS 9.2
• Experience with 3rd party systems integration (cloud and on-premise)
• Experience leading Oracle implementation/upgrade projects (e.g., 9.2)
• Experience upgrading or implementing PeopleSoft FMS / FSCM, HCM, or Campus Solutions, including building integrations from 3rd party systems

Job Summary:

The Senior ERP Systems Analyst evaluates ERP system support for organizational objectives, researches, designs, implements, maintains ERP systems, and trains staff on system changes. Responsible for advanced analysis, documentation, and providing solutions to improve operational procedures, workflows, and IT solutions.

Job Duties:

• Create, maintain, and modify PeopleSoft applications, components, and interfaces
• Develop and integrate new PeopleSoft applications and modules
• Design, code, and test PeopleSoft applications
• Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and other systems
• Identify and plan for design and development risks
• Create reports, assist with upgrades, and data mapping
• Ensure data security and accessibility

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Proficiency in SQL, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Fluid UI, upgrades, migrations, and understanding of Java, APIs, and Object-Oriented Development.

Salary Range:

Commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:

Remote position: 8am to 5pm, with occasional additional hours as needed.
