Job summary

EbizCharge is seeking an Automation Engineer to design and maintain automation frameworks for ERP desktop and web modules in a fast-paced, payment-processing environment. You will collaborate with QA, product owners, and ERP SMEs to ensure deep test coverage across AP workflows and ERP integrations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium, API testing, and building maintainable automation across Web, Desktop, Mobile, and API applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software test automation, with manual plus automation.
• 2+ years using Playwright or Selenium.
• Strong AP/ERP domain knowledge.
• API testing experience required.
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for ERP desktop and web modules.
• Maintain test automation frameworks for efficiency and reliability.
• Translate workflows into automated test cases with QA and ERP SMEs.
• Create and execute comprehensive manual test cases for Accounts Payable workflows.
• Perform manual exploratory and regression testing on financial modules (AP, invoices, payments).
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing across ERP environments.
• Mentor junior engineers on Playwright and ERP automation best practices.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, audit requirements, and ERP release processes.
• Provide reporting on automation execution, manual coverage, and defect trends.
