Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Wisconsin, Appleton) seeks an experienced ERP/Procurement Specialist to configure ERP systems, govern master data, and analyze purchasing data. You will develop dashboards using Power BI and GCP, drive cost improvements, and collaborate across functions to implement enhancements.

The role requires 5–10 years of related experience, Acumatica ERP familiarity, and strong data management skills, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as stated
• 5–10 years of industry experience
• Expertise in ERP systems and data management tools
• Experience with Acumatica ERP
• Experience with Power BI and GCP
• Knowledge of PO activity, supplier performance, inventory planning
• Ability to support MRP and replenishment
• Ability to gather requirements, test enhancements, and support deployment
• Ability to work standard business hours (7:00–17:00) Mon–Fri
• Background check and E-Verify eligibility

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing ERP configurations, workflows, master data governance and enhancements
• Maintain and govern purchasing item master data and sourcing settings
• Analyze PO data, purchasing trends, supplier performance, and procurement activities
• Support MRP and inventory replenishment through demand and lead-time analysis
• Develop ERP, Power BI, and GCP reports, dashboards, KPIs, insights
• Perform data validation and audits for supplier, item, purchasing, and planning data
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions and standard processes
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and BT on ERP needs
• Support requirements gathering, testing, validation, deployment, training, and user adoption
• Develop and maintain documentation for purchasing processes and ERP configurations
• Monitor ERP-generated recommendations and identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities
• Perform other related duties as required
