Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. seeks a Senior Supply Chain ERP Analyst to analyze and improve purchasing and inventory planning through Acumatica ERP, Power BI, and GCP.

You will partner across functions to gather requirements, validate enhancements, and implement scalable ERP solutions that drive data-driven decisions. Hybrid work options are available for the Fox Valley region with travel to Appleton, WI; 5–10 years of relevant experience preferred, and a strong focus on data governance and master

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
• 5–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Willing to travel 10–25%.
• Hybrid schedule for Fox Valley area; remote with periodic travel to Appleton, WI as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supports purchasing-related ERP configurations, workflows, and master data governance to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
• Maintains and governs purchasing-related item master data including sourcing settings, replenishment methods, lead times, and supplier attributes.
• Analyzes Purchase Order data, supplier performance, and procurement activities to identify process improvements and cost optimization.
• Supports Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory replenishment through demand and lead-time analysis.
• Develops reports, dashboards, KPIs using ERP, Power BI, and GCP to improve purchasing performance and inventory availability.
• Performs data validation and audits for supplier, item, purchasing, and planning data integrity.
• Collaborates with multiple teams to define requirements and implement ERP enhancements; assists in testing, deployment, and user training.
• Creates and maintains documentation for purchasing processes and ERP configurations to ensure consistency.
