Job summary

Gov Services Hub is seeking a PMO Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA Wave 2 enhancements, uniting multiple systems, business processes, and stakeholders across the organization.

You will manage concurrent IT project workstreams, develop integrated project plans and cost estimates, monitor critical paths, and ensure governance, roles, escalation paths, and decision-making processes are defined.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience across varied project sizes and types (integration, scope, schedule, communication, vendor, risk).
• Experience managing projects with high-profile vendors in both on-prem and cloud environments.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-year, enterprise business solutions (especially SAP/ERP) projects.
• PMP certification required.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project/MS Project Online.
• Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex, enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA enhancement initiatives (Wave 2), involving multiple interconnected systems, business processes, and stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee multiple concurrent IT project workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic priorities and operational needs.
• Develop, maintain, and govern detailed integrated project plans, schedules, and cost estimates; manage critical path and cross-functional dependencies.
• Ensure strong project governance through the establishment of frameworks, defined roles/responsibilities, escalation paths, and decision-making processes.
• Allocate and schedule project resources efficiently; forecast and plan capacity in a dynamic environment to ensure timely corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts using established PMO standards, templates, and methodologies.
• Define and refine project scope in collaboration with business owners, analysts, and vendors.
• Oversee project lifecycle activities including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and system integrator project managers to synchronize project activities and dependencies.
• Adhere to the PA Turnpike PMO Playbook and standards for project documentation and signoffs.
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement for future projects.
• Foster strong relationships with technology staff, business stakeholders, executive leadership, vendors, and key clients.
• Ensure accountability for project deliverables, milestones, and budget adherence.
• Utilize expert-level knowledge of MS Project/MS Project Online to create and maintain integrated project plans.
• Exhibit strong leadership, communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills throughout project execution.
• Manage high-profile vendors in both on-premises and cloud environments, particularly within SAP/ERP landscapes.
