Job summary

The Chamberlain Group LLC seeks an senior Operations leader to drive end-to-end ERP integration across SAP ECC implementations at newly acquired companies. You will own process design, data migration, cutover planning, and governance with IT and SAP teams.

This role requires 15–20 years of leadership in operations or supply chain, a Bachelor's and MBA preferred, and frequent travel to factories and distribution centers to translate business needs into system configurations.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of progressive operations and/or supply chain leadership experience.
• Direct, hands-on experience with one or more large-scale ERP implementations or integrations (SAP ECC strongly preferred).
• Frequent travel required; on-site engagement at factories and DCs is critical.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BPO for Operations workstreams across SAP ECC integration.
• Lead current-state assessments of legacy ERP and manual processes at acquired sites, identifying gaps vs standard SAP ECC.
• Define future-state operations designs and SOPs, partnering with IT and SAP teams to translate requirements into configuration.
• Own data mapping and migration for materials, BOMs, routings, vendors, and customers; validate migrated data.
• Develop and execute integration and cutover plans, including testing strategies, training, and go-live support.
