Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Leader to own SAP ECC integration for recent acquisitions. You will lead end-to-end assessments, define future state designs, and manage data migration for materials, BOMs, routings, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15–20 years of progressive operations and/or supply chain leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary BP0 for Operations workstreams across SAP ECC integration.
• Lead end-to-end assessments of legacy ERP and manual processes at acquired sites.
• Define future-state Operations designs and SOPs with IT/SAP teams.
• Own data mapping for Operations master data and validate migrated data.
• Develop and execute integration/cutover plans, including testing and training.
• Build network of site-level process owners to drive adoption post go-live.
• Develop executives reports and risk assessments for COO/Leadership.
