MissionHires is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) based in Westampton Township, NJ, to act as the liaison between business, operations, and technology teams during ERP implementation.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the role, preferably within trucking, logistics, or transportation operations, and a strong capability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally in an ERP implementation environment.
• Background in trucking, logistics, or transportation operations strongly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP or TMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and end users to analyze current workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with ERP developers to ensure system design meets operational needs.
• Conduct data mapping, validation, and testing.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and assist in training.
• Support post-implementation troubleshooting and optimization.
