This person will act as the key liaison between the business, operations, and technology teams throughout the ERP implementation process. This individual will work on-site to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, support configuration, and testing, and ensure smooth adoption across departments.

• Partner with business leaders and end users to analyze current workflows, identify process improvements, and define ERP requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the implementation team.
• Collaborate with ERP developers, integrators, and internal IT staff to ensure system design meets operational needs.
• Conduct data mapping, validation, and testing to ensure accuracy and consistency across modules.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in training and documentation for business users.
• Support post-implementation troubleshooting and optimization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and bridge between operations and technology, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
