Job summary

Armstrong Fluid Technology, a global leader in fluid-flow technology, is seeking a Senior ERP LN Technical Analyst Programmer in the United States. The role focuses on implementing LN10.7 and ERP LN CloudSuite, optimizing integrations, and delivering technical solutions that drive efficiency.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams, design and test LN programs, and support data migration and system enhancements across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience as a Technical Analyst Programmer, Technical Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and user training sessions.
• Training experience for ERP LN Technical resources (Preferred).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred).
• Experience implementing ERP LN CloudSuite (Preferred; must-have).
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical requirements of business processes and design technical solutions.
• Develop and implement advanced technical solutions and interfaces between systems.
• Provide training and support to Junior LN Programmers on development practices.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement for LN programs and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth LN integrations and data flow.
• Maintain data integrity across LN modules and integrated products.
• Identify, track, and resolve system issues; document requirements and specs.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications with stakeholders.
• Perform gap analyses and propose process optimization for LN.
• Create and maintain technical specifications; conduct system testing and migrations.
• Guide developers during design/implementation; assist with data migration.
• Serve as liaison between ERP business leads and technical teams.
