Job summary
Associate Staffing seeks a Principal Solutions & Integration Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations across ERP, CRM, EDI, and manufacturing systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders, IT leadership, and vendors to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions that enhance manufacturing operations and supply chain processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of relevant technical experience, including 7+ years in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Proven experience integrating ERP, CRM, and operational systems in complex environments.
- Experience with Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with JDE, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, EDI systems, or AMAPS.
- Experience working with business users and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based integration technologies and hybrid environments.
- Hands-on delivery from design through implementation and support.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integrations across ERP, CRM, EDI, manufacturing, and business systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ERP, CRM, EDI, and cloud services.
- Support and optimize JD Edwards, AMAPS, NetSuite, SAP, and Microsoft platform integrations.
- Build workflows and automations using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Administer SharePoint and Azure-based services; ensure reliability across environments.
- Troubleshoot complex integration and data flow issues across multiple vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on EDI transactions and data exchange.
- Contribute to architecture discussions focused on scalability and business value.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and integration mappings.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data integrity.
- Support project delivery from design through production stabilization.
- Provide technical guidance to junior members and establish best practices.
