Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking an Enterprise Systems Architect to lead the technology architecture for cloud, endpoints, and manufacturing applications. You will partner with IT, cybersecurity, engineering, and plant operations to design secure, scalable solutions bridging enterprise systems with manufacturing environments.

This hands-on leadership role owns strategy, design standards, integration, and technical oversight of implementation, including Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and MES/PLM/ERP integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Eight or more years in enterprise IT or application architecture with leadership experience.
• Experience designing Azure environments across identity, networking, security, monitoring, and hybrid connectivity.
• Experience with Intune and Windows endpoint management.
• Experience integrating manufacturing or engineering applications (MES/PLM/ERP).
• Proficient in API/middleware integrations with security and scalability focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for Azure, endpoint management, and manufacturing platforms.
• Define Azure architecture standards for networking, identity, security, governance, resilience, monitoring, and cost.
• Establish Intune architecture for device enrollment, configuration, deployment, compliance, patching, and endpoint security.
• Guide architecture, implementation, integration, and modernization of MES and engineering systems such as Manufacturo, DELMIA Apriso, and 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Design integrations among MES, PLM, ERP, quality systems, and enterprise data platforms with OT teams on connectivity, security, availability.
• Define identity and access patterns using Entra ID, RBAC, SSO, and Conditional Access; establish DR and BCD requirements.
• Evaluate vendor proposals, lead architecture reviews, maintain diagrams and technical decision records.
