Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking an ERP Functional Team Lead – HR/Payroll to oversee a team of HR and Payroll specialists dedicated to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. You will align business needs with system capabilities, drive improvements, and ensure reliable operations across HR/payroll processes.

You will lead project delivery, manage priorities, coach staff, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to optimize governance, controls, and system usage in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years ERP experience with HR/Payroll focus.
• Experience leading teams or acting as a senior functional lead.
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of functional specialists supporting HR and Payroll systems.
• Establish roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for the team.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to team members.
• Oversee prioritization and assignment of support, enhancements, and project work.
• Ensure adherence to governance, change control, and compliance requirements.
