Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a Senior ERP Finance Consultant to lead the implementation of a cloud-native ERP platform. This is a customer-facing role combining ERP configuration, financial process expertise, solution design and project delivery.

You will work with customers through the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process mapping to configuration, testing, training, data migration and go-live support. This role offers hybrid/remote options and strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP implementation or finance systems consulting
• Strong knowledge of core accounting processes: GL, COA, AP/AR, reporting
• Experience leading customer workshops and translating requirements into ERP solutions
• Experience across the ERP implementation lifecycle: scoping, configuration, testing, training, go-live
• Ability to advise on finance processes, accounting standards, tax considerations and internal controls
• Experience producing functional specifications for software changes and reporting
• Understanding data migration and ETL processes
• Degree in business/technology/finance or related field
• Accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA) advantageous
• Willingness to travel to customer sites
