Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking an experienced Release Manager to lead planning, coordination, governance, and execution of software releases for the ERP Pro product suite across cloud and on-prem environments.

The role drives release readiness, feature-flag governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Development, QA, Technical Services, Support, and Professional Services to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Release Management or related leadership roles.
• Experience managing complex releases across teams/workstreams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Plan, govern, and coordinate release plans, milestones, and readiness criteria.
• Own governance of feature flags and activation strategies.
• Lead end-to-end release lifecycle: planning, readiness, deployment, validation, and post-release activities.
• Provide clear reporting on scope, status, risks, dependencies, and readiness.
