Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking an experienced Release Manager to lead the planning, coordination, governance, and execution of software releases for the ERP Pro product suite. This role supports the Cloud Living strategy and ensures predictable, high-quality, on-time delivery across cloud and on-premises environments.

The role drives release readiness, governance of feature flags, and risk management across Product, Development, QA, Technical Services, Support, and Professional Services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Release Management, Program Management, Product Delivery, Software Development, DevOps, or related technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing complex software releases across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD concepts, and modern software delivery models.
• Experience supporting SaaS, cloud-hosted, or cloud transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage release plans, schedules, milestones, and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate release activities across Product, Development, QA, Technical Services, Support, and Professional Services.
• Drive accountability for release commitments, dependencies, ownership, and delivery timelines.
• Identify, manage, and communicate release risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
