Job summary

Cook County Government is seeking a Senior ERP Analyst to support the Employee Benefits and Human Resources area of ERP. The role works with business-process owners to analyze, document, and enhance ERP processes, driving best practices and adoption across the system.

The analyst will create documentation, training materials, and test scripts; participate in solution reviews, configuration, and testing; gather requirements; and develop reporting while supporting third-party interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• 4 years of implementing or supporting ERP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Support, analyze, document, and enhance business processes within the ERP system.
• Create business process documentation to update training materials, develop test scripts, and support user-acceptance testing.
• Participate in review, evaluation, configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions to identify and minimize gaps.
• Gather requirements, recommend solutions, prioritize requests, and develop reporting solutions while supporting third-party interfaces within ERP systems.
• Participate in County-wide data governance initiatives.
