Job summary

Sierra Medical Center in Reno, NV is seeking a part-time Senior ED Technician to support patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician. You’ll assist with vital signs, patient transport, and mobility, helping maintain a safe, efficient emergency department environment.

Qualifications

• Current AEMT Certification.
• Current BLS Certification.

• Takes, documents, and reports vital signs. Reports abnormal results immediately to the registered nurse.
• Transports patients, as necessary to other departments and inpatient units.
• Assists with moving, ambulating and lifting patients.
