Qualifications

• 4+ years of institutional equity trading experience.
• Experience in asset management or buy-side environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets and trade lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute equity trades across institutional client portfolios.
• Manage orders from review through execution and post-trade follow-up.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to implement investment decisions.
• Monitor market conditions affecting execution.
• Communicate trading activity to portfolio managers and investment teams.
• Monitor open orders and resolve execution or processing issues.
• Coordinate with operations for trade booking, allocations, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Maintain trading records aligned with guidelines and procedures.
• Develop relationships with brokers and trading counterparties.
• Partner with investment, operations, and compliance teams throughout the trade lifecycle.
• Contribute to improvements in trading workflows and technology.
