Job summary

Wellington Management seeks an Allocator/Portfolio Manager to support multi-manager, multi-asset and custom solutions for the Solutions Platform in Boston. The role focuses on equity solutions, manager/strategy research, and portfolio construction, with exposure to risk models and literature-based analysis.

You will generate research, contribute to allocation discussions, and collaborate with internal teams to design and manage client solutions with a deep understanding of firm capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record with meeting client objectives through a disciplined investment process.
• Strong capital allocation research and risk management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Experience modeling drivers of returns and risk with established tools.

Responsibilities

• Managing Equity Solutions to drive strong investment results for clients.
• Contributing inputs to allocation discussions with views on risk and markets.
• Generating original research for the team and clients.
