Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking an Allocator/Portfolio Manager for the Equity Solutions Platform. You will support multi-manager and multi-asset allocation, contribute to PM allocation discussions, and generate research used by clients and internal teams.

The role involves collaborating with researchers, designing new solutions, and engaging with clients on the lifecycle of solutions. A quantitative, research-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Track record of meeting client objectives and delivering solutions investing.
• Strong research process for capital allocation across multi-manager and multi-asset strategies.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, debate-friendly culture.
• Experience analyzing drivers of returns and risk using established models.

Responsibilities

• Manage Equity Solutions to drive strong investment results for clients.
• Contribute inputs to allocation discussions with views on risk, managers, and markets.
• Generate original research for the team and clients.
• Collaborate with allocation and research teams to enhance analytics.
• Design and implement new solutions with client-facing teams.
