Citi’s Equity Research team in New York is seeking a Senior Associate to cover Telecommunications and Data Centers, delivering high-quality investment insights for a global client base. You will produce publications, build financial models, and advise clients while collaborating with senior analysts and mentoring juniors.

The role offers a hybrid work model, strong development opportunities, and exposure to Citi’s global network. Strong communication and FINRA licensing readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in equity research or related investment analysis
• Solid grounding in accounting principles and financial modelling
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior analysts in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to articulate complex ideas clearly
• Strong attention to detail with multi-source financial data

Responsibilities

• Produce equity research publications across Telecommunications / Data Centers sector.
• Build and maintain financial models and sustained relative value analysis.
• Advise internal and external clients with timely, well-reasoned analysis.
• Collaborate with lead analyst to develop ideas and translate data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate investor events and ensure high-quality client experience.
• Ensure compliance with Citi standards and ethical conduct.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance research culture.
