Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction-related experience including warehouse management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Forklift Certification and OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financials and reporting and prepare annual budget.
• Maintain an organized and well-maintained warehouse and equipment operation.
• Collaborate with warehouse and project teams prior to purchasing, leasing or renting equipment.
• Track equipment usage and schedule maintenance; recommend replacements as needed.
• Source and solidify reputable vendors.
• Support safety programs and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
