Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in process engineering or capital project execution for equipment preparation (autoclaves, parts washers, COP/SOP)
• Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders
• Ability to lead multicultural teams and manage remote customers
• Deep understanding of cGMP for aseptic manufacturing and regulatory requirements (EU, FDA) and start-up/qualification activities

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the equipment preparation area system specifications and drawings (URS, data sheets, technical specs, P&IDs, PFDs)
• Assess vendor competency, review bid documents, and manage project development and execution
• Lead detailed design and development with a cross-functional team and strategic equipment vendors
• Lead equipment FAT, SAT, C&Q, and start-up activities
• Resolve technical issues during C&Q testing and ensure readiness to start C&Q
• Coordinate across Manufacturing, Facilities, MSAT, Quality, Procurement, E&PS, and EHS
• Maintain alignment with evolving business needs and industry trends, ensuring regulatory compliance
