Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience with equipment operation and/or training in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Able to perform manual tasks for extended periods and heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard equipment (up to 65,000 lbs) with moderate supervision.
• Safely operate forklifts with lift capacity between 2,500 lbs and 65,000 lbs.
• Load/unload freight and move materials using proper equipment.
• Follow all HSE guidelines and inspect equipment for damage.
• Assist with equipment preparation prior to shipping and basic maintenance as needed.
• Occasionally type and use computer/office equipment; work in fast-paced environment.
